TILARA Solid Polycarbonate Sheets offer a wide range of properties that make them superior to other thermoplastic sheets and the preferred material for high-performance roofing, glazing, and fabricated solutions.

Tilara Solid Polycarbonate Sheets excel in impact resistance, transparency, and temperature resistance, making them an ideal glazing material for industrial and commercial applications. They also boast excellent fire-retardant properties and are classified as self-extinguishing.

With exceptionally high impact resistance, Tilara Solid Polycarbonate Sheets are widely used for safety glazing and applications subject to high vibrations and accidental impacts, such as noise barriers along highways, visual and noise barriers on bridges, and security barriers. These sheets are 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times more impact-resistant than acrylic sheets.

Additionally, Tilara Solid Polycarbonate Sheets can be engineered for food-grade applications and to enhance fire-retardant properties for specific needs.

Tilara Embossed Polycarbonate Sheets: Tilara Embossed Polycarbonate Sheets offer all the advantages of solid polycarbonate sheets, with the added benefit of excellent light diffusion. This makes them ideal for skylights and profiled sheets used in tandem with metal, asbestos cement, GI, and other profiled roofing sheets for skylight and daylight cladding applications.

Standard colors include clear, bronze, blue, lake blue, and green, with special colors available for large quantity requirements.

Tilara Solid and Embossed Polycarbonate Sheets are available in roll form for lower thicknesses and are extensively used for manufacturing profiled sheets and thermoformed/vacuum-formed products.
